Top Fit Tips for Women Using Douglas Shoulder Pads or Men's Shoulder Pads

1. Choose the Right Size:
- Measure your chest and shoulders accurately. Use the manufacturer’s size chart to find the ideal fit.
- If you’re between sizes, opt for the smaller one to ensure a snug fit.

2. Adjust the Straps:
- Adjust all straps and laces for a secure fit. The pads should sit comfortably on your shoulders without shifting.
- Make sure the straps are tight enough to keep the pads in place but not so tight that they restrict movement.

3. Check Shoulder Cap Position:
